Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of Storeglow (storeglow.app), a web app for designing App Store and Google Play screenshots, operated by Marius Gehler, Blissestraße 56, 10713 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Storeglow lets you design screenshot sets, see them in every store size and language, and export them as image files. The editor runs in your browser; your projects are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Features marked "Soon" are not yet available and are not part of what you buy.

2. Account

You need a free account to export. Keep access to your email address safe; anyone who can open your sign-in emails can use your account. One person per account. You must be at least 16 or have your parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Plans and payment

The current prices are shown on our pricing page and in the checkout and include the VAT that applies to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) apply to the purchase.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to hello@storeglow.app. It then stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew.

5. Refunds

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal and you get your money back in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed by Paddle. Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal as a consumer, are not affected.

6. Your content

Your screenshots, texts, logos and fonts remain yours. Because the editor runs on your device, we do not receive them. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you put into your designs and that the result may be used in the app stores. Proof elements (ratings, awards, reviews, press, user numbers) must be true; follow Apple's and Google's store guidelines.

Templates, device frames and illustrations that come with Storeglow may be used in the screenshots you export for your own apps or your clients' apps. They may not be resold or offered as a template collection of their own.

7. Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, remove or bypass limits on a large scale, resell access, or overload it with automated requests.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Storeglow available and improve it continuously, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features if this is reasonable for you; we will not take away a feature you paid for during a running paid period. Important changes to these terms are announced by email at least four weeks in advance; you can cancel before they take effect.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations (those that make the service possible at all and that you may rely on), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Keep backups of your projects; we are not liable for data lost from your browser's storage where regular backups would have prevented the loss.

10. Ending the account

You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@storeglow.app. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after a warning where reasonable; payments for a period you can no longer use are refunded pro rata.

11. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply.
